Our love for Tulum was kindled 13 years ago. Over the years, we continued to come back to the Yucatan and Tulum and still found the same fondness. Three years ago, we pondered an investment for our family and friends. Two years ago we, we took action and invested in a ‘pre-construction’ development project in a quiet neighborhood near Tulum town. In 2019, our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit was completed.
We have tried to furnish the condo in a simple but modern way that reflects many aspects of ‘Tulum style’. We were pleased to have partnered with a local woodworking family. Oscar and his wife Ana, operate a local woodworking and decor store called, La Casa Morada. Their artisan craft will leave you inspired.
LAYOUT
Master Bedroom: King sized bed with A/C unit. Connected bathroom and sliding doors that open to the deck that overlooks the pool. TV.
Guest Room: Queen sized bed with a roll out Twin trundle bed with A/C unit.
Living Room: Queen sized sofa bed with A/C unit. TV.
Dining Room: Seat 6 comfortably. Second bathroom with shower off the dining room.
Kitchen/Utility Room: Kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you will need during your stay, including a full size washer and dryer. Since the condo was purchased with our family in mind, we have pots and pans, cooking tools/utensils, toaster over, microwave, blender, and much more. If you feel like we are missing important items, please let us know!
